Proceeding from our belief that nations advance the minds of their thinkers, innovators and scientists, and develop their higher educational institutions, especially engineering, which have a vital role in building and reconstructing countries.
Iraq now needs to combine all efforts to rebuild and advance its future, which we strived at Al-Muthanna University to lay the first building block for the establishment of the College of Engineering in the year 2008-2009, as the college opened its doors and received its first students in the Department of Civil and Chemical Engineering, and eight courses graduated from it.
